For any matter related to this notice, write to us at hola@fravo.io.
Data we handle
- If you write to us on behalf of a company: your name, role, company, email address and the information you share about the profile you are looking for.
- If you are a candidate: your name, contact details and the professional information you choose to share, such as your CV, experience, technical skills, languages and expectations.
- If you visit the site: technical and statistical data (pages viewed, country, device type and browser) collected with Vercel Web Analytics. This tool does not use cookies and does not allow us to identify you.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data or financial data; please do not send them by email.
What we use it for
- To reply to and follow up on your message.
- To understand your company's talent needs and prepare a proposal.
- If you are a candidate, to assess your profile for current or future positions.
- To understand, through aggregate statistics, how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To comply with legal obligations.
These are the purposes required for our relationship with you. We do not use your data for advertising or any secondary purpose, and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, which you give when you write to us or share your information; on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you and improving the site; and to comply with legal obligations. We do so under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and, for people in the European Union, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we share it with
With providers that help us operate and process data on our behalf, such as hosting, site statistics (Vercel Inc.) and email services. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, with appropriate safeguards.
If you are a candidate, we will share your professional profile with client companies looking for talent like yours only with your consent. Beyond this, we do not transfer your data to third parties without your consent, except where the law allows or requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request or your selection process and any relationship arising from them, and afterwards for the periods required by applicable law. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You can access, rectify or delete your data, or object to its processing, as well as withdraw your consent or limit its use. If you are in the European Union, you can also request data portability and restriction of processing.
To exercise these rights, write to hola@fravo.io and include:
- your name and a way to reply to you;
- a document proving your identity or, where applicable, that of your representative;
